Jersey Girl Double Cream. Processed fortnightly. Rich and thick, our pure cream gets its gorgeous golden colour from our grass fed Jersey Girls. Separated with our century old Alfa Laval cream separator, then moving just metres from the dairy to our on-farm creamery, you won't find cream like this on a supermarket shelf. Greater than 48% milk fat. Non-standardised cream.
